JOB IDENTIFICATION:
Department: Production
Reporting to: Assistant Production Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
To ensure proper functioning of WFI plant and also efficient supply of RO water and WFI to all points of usage with in the production department.
JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:
| Key Result Area | Key Roles / Duties |
| Supervision | 1. To ensure that SOPs are followed in the process flow of water treatment.
2. To enforce cGMP guidelines and ensure their implementation in the water treatment plant. 3. To supervise cleaning and disinfection of area floor, ceiling, walls pipeline vessels and all equipments as per SOP. |
| Process control | 1. To ensure smooth functioning of ROwater, WFI and PSG plants.
2. To layse with the production&maintenance manager in case of any maintenance works. 3. To ensure constant and even supply of quality RO water and WFI to all points of usage. 4. To ensure that all equipments undergo routine validation and calibration processes. |
| Documentation | 5. To monitor, record and make legible entries of water process control parameters in the respective logbooks.
6. To regularly update the cleaning logbooks and ensure proper housekeeping. |
| Training | 1. To regularly conduct routine on job trainings for new recruits and support staff |
| Any other Duties | 4. Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to Management expectations. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in related field.
- 2 years experience working in relevant / similar company
- Ability to work with senior people
- Excellent report writing skills
