JOB IDENTIFICATION:
Department: Quality
Reporting to: Team Leader
POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide accurate and timely results to different faculties through smooth and efficient flow of work
JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:
| Key Result Area | Key Roles / Duties |
| Quality | 1. To ensure compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in the Quality Control procedures
2. Sampling starting and packaging materials Ensuring the correct labelling of containers 3. Preparation and review of documents including specifications, SOP etc. |
| Technical Work | 1. Entering the sampling details like sampling quantity in checklist for the sampled Raw materials and Packaging Materials.
2. Sending of samples to laboratory or microbiology laboratory for analysis 3. Calibration of instruments / equipment’s as per specified schedule |
| Records | 1. Maintenance of sampling accessories including procurement, coding, list of accessories, logs of usage and cleaning, cleaning of accessories, performing validation to assess effectiveness of cleaning procedure and documentation of the same.
2. Maintenance of sampling area and relevant documents like area usage and cleaning logs, temperature and humidity records, line clearance checklists etc. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bsc. Degree Chemistry or Related field.
2. A relevant Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
3. 2 years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
