Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate all HVAC system equipment as well service floor equipment as per standard.
- Record operating parameter as per SOP.
- Monitor all HVAC equipment to identify and repair any potential problem.
- Keep the system and area clean.
- Respond to any alarm and correct, document as per SOP.
- Carry out preventive maintenance.
- Attend breakdown of HVAC system as well other equipment located at service floor.
- Inspect all duct for leak, pipe line for water and air leak routinely.
- Carry out filter cleaning and replacement.
- To adjust HVAC control parameters. (e.g., humidity, temperature and differential pressure)
- Providing daily report
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in refrigeration or Mechanical or electrical
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or relevant.
- Proven history of effective supply management
- Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs.
